Metzger/McGuire offers two types of epoxy joint fillers for concrete crack repair: semi-rigid and structural. A semi-rigid epoxy floor joint filler can be used for filling joints in a newly placed concrete floor or for repairing deteriorated joints in an existing floor. A semi-rigid filler is also a good choice for repairing a concrete crack that is subject to movement or that may continue to open during the concrete drying-shrinkage process. Structural epoxies are used to structurally repair or rebuild concrete surfaces and are especially well suited for repairing larger surface defects or holes. When used in combination with sand or aggregates, structural epoxy fillers are ideal for repairing and rebuilding concrete floor joint edges or broken slab panel corners.

Typical Use

As a mortar for Spall repair/rebuilding of joint shoulders. As a topping for delaminated slabs. To Fill in holes, gouges, ruts, popouts. And to Repair broken slab panel corners. Armor-Hard Kit is a concrete floor repair kit consisting of a two-component, structural, epoxy liquid binder and a pre-measured bag of custom blended sand aggregate. When epoxy and aggregate are combined they produce a mortar that is easily worked and troweled. This is an early-set system designed specifically for the repair of industrial concrete floors subject to hard wheeled traffic. SRG was developed to fill/repair micro-level concrete floor surface imperfections such as air holes, sand aggregate pops, surface pitting, scratches and gouges, etc. SRG can also be mixed with sand aggregate to create a repair mortar suitable for joints, cracks, and larger surface defects. SRG is designed for use in commercial or industrial concrete floors where final building temperatures are 32°F (0°C) to +120°F (49°C). SRG is designed for use with a Color Pack. An Accelerator Pack which reduces potlife and grind time is also available.

Available in 9 colors to best camouflage floor surface pitting and surface imperfections. Rapid-set formula allows for quick access to floor areas and grinding as early as 40 minutes after application (@70°) or 20 minutes with Accelerator Pack. Low viscosity allows for penetration into very small
